We are excited to be opening our very first brick and mortar location in St. Helena after years of proving the concept in Napa Valley via pop ups, farmers markets, private events and more. We’re proud to deliver a culinary forward, creative fresh take on nourishing fare and lifestyle goods in a welcoming hip café setting with an open kitchen and brilliant sunlight streaming in throughout.

Key Elements of The Chef Manager Position:
Lead and role model Crisp Kitchen & Juice standards and expectations
Create, implement and maintain kitchen and production systems, tools and process
Hire, orient, train, supervise, lead, coach and motivate kitchen team members
Team player with a collaborative style and approach
Strong leadership, relationship, team building and conflict management skills
Teach and coach all team members, sets clear expectations of cleanliness, finesse, conduct and service
Implement local sourcing, seasonality and sustainable procurement
Implement strategies to assure 100% guest satisfaction of food and beverage
Assure execution at the highest level of food and beverage aesthetics
Create, implement and maintain procedures for cost, waste (zero waste target), and quality control
Coordinate and resolve all maintenance issues and arrange for preventive maintenance/repair; establish key maintenance contractors
Monitor and enforce food safety, COVID protocols, housekeeping and sanitation standards
Practice a relentless pursuit of consistency, quality, order, and cleanliness. Able to enforce standards
Responsible for establishing vendor relationships, coordinating of purchasing, receiving deliveries and monitoring for quality/quantity daily
Demonstrated financial acumen w/ability to cost-out new dishes/products, manage inventory, familiarity with a declining budget model, meet COGS targets

Knowledge of plant-based food a +
Food Software Program Management – Create, implement and execute
