As we prepare for what the next few months will look like, we’re putting your safety first. We’ve implemented even stricter safety standards — so you can stay connected to real food, and keep your peace of mind. Here’s a look at how we’re evolving the CRISP Kitchen & Juice experience. Albeit we’re already clean and green, we’ve chosen nonetheless to institute several new cautionary protocols.
For guests that come to our location at 1111 Main Street here in St. Helena, we’ll have our Grab & Go refrigerator stocked and you’ll be able to order for takeaway as well as explore some of our lifestyle retail merchandise during your short wait. We look forward to welcoming you for dine-in when we’ve all seen some progress and can ensure that we’re all safe to build community through connection once again. We’re looking forward to that day!
General
We require all staff and guests to wear face coverings as a precautionary action; we’re wearing them to protect our guests and have the expectation that our guests will be gracious in doing the same for us.
We ask that if you are feeling ill, or you have any COVID related symptoms, please stay home and take advantage of our online ordering for local delivery or curbside pick-up options.
Our Team
Elevated sanitation, strict hand-washing schedule + new gloves more often than current health department standards. Certified manager-guided food safety protocols + audits that exceed health department standards. Thorough produce washing right when it arrives to the café. Daily team member mandatory pre-entry wellness review and twice-daily temperature and wellness checks.
Outside & Inside
When you do visit, we’ll have a dedicated concierge outside our café to assist with pick up, safety and enhanced cleaning, ensuring safety compliance from the get go. We have several hand sanitizing stations both outside and inside. Please sanitize on the way in and we suggest on the way out as well. We have posted enhanced social distancing signage outside and within the store. With the safety protocol to limit contact, all payments are cashless and contact-free. During peak periods we will make as many staff available as needed in order to assist with safety compliance.
